It is hard to believe that Madison is due in about a week. After years of waiting, hoping, and praying our little miracle is going to be here! You guys have been so faithful to support us and to pray for us and for Madison. Please be in prayer on March 1st, which is the date we will go in and she will be induced. There are so many unknowns and variables that will happen at the hospital. To be completely honest with you, this is the time I am the most scared about. I am nervous about what it will be like to be in the room with her when Madison is born, I am nervous about what her reaction will be to seeing and holding Madison and I am nervous about the time when we leave the hospital with Madison and our birth-mom leaves without her. Please pray that God will give Jeremy and I peace in our own hearts, but also the ability to say the right thing and be who our birth-mom needs us to be during this time. We feel that this is THE baby God has planned to be in the Echols family and are just believing for this difficult time to smooth and to be a special time in our lives, in our birth-moms life and in Madison's life. Thank you for praying!

I can't imagine how excited you all must be. What blessings await! I am anxious to see how the next week progresses and how everything turns out...Madison is already such a lucky girl to have so many people who love her and care for her!

Hi Emily! I've never commented, but I found you through lynette's blog and have been checking up on you for well over a year. I've been praying for you and trusting the Lord to provide for you in your wilderness journey. He has guided and you have trusted and in a sense it is time to enter your "promised" land. I'm so happy for you and I'll be praying especially hard this week as you prepare to meet your daughter! What an exciting time!

You are going to be such great parents! I know this is going to be some of the most exciting days, yet toughest days because the time is so near and so many things can happen. But GOD....He is in control and He is with you every step of the way: The days leading up to the birth morning, while you wait, when you guys first lay eyes on her, when you hold her close for the very first time, as you leave the hospital.....
He is there and he is holding you guys in His hands as his intricate plans unfold before your eyes.
I can hardly wait to watch as it all plays out...praying and trusting.
