Twas the Night Before Baby...

Everybody told us we wouldn't be able to sleep tonight, but I thought they meant because of the nerves... it is really because the phone is ringing off the hook. Trust me, I'm not complaining because it is such a blessing. We are so thankful of all the folks in our "village" of supporters.

In these last days leading up to the baby's birth, I've been reminded several times of the way this whole situation is out of our hands. We've asked questions, read books & articles, made lists, prepared the house, and re-checked all the details along the way. In the end, we still know that this baby and this process are in the hands of the Lord.

We've committed from DAY 1 to telling God's story along the way ... and we are so excited to celebrate the grace God has given us in our journey to become parents.

I can't believe it is finally here. Everybody asks if we are ready, and I guess we are as ready as we'll ever be! We've gotten more advice and more support and more prayers than we deserve.

We are truly grateful for everything and everyone. And we can't wait for you all to come and meet Baby Madison.
